Privately-owned social networking companies are reportedly on the verge of going public. The big names in social media like Facebook and Twitter have have been making a buzz by having pre-IPO valuations at $65 billion and $5 billion respectively. But, without naming names, Warren Buffet cautioned that the pre-IPO valuations of social networks are likely to be unsupported.
