Have you filed your taxes? Or are you one of the 45% of US households who will pay no federal income tax this year? It seems that there are tax exemptions and tax cuts (or tax relief) at all income levels designed to help us all out. For having kids, for being married, for paying a mortgage, for sending a kid to college. But doesn't it make you wonder where the rest of the federal budget comes from? So what do you think?
