But it looks like it's still using old business model because as Google charges $50/year for each business using Google Apps—Office 365 will begin at $2 per user/month with basic email services to $27 per use/month for the whole package. A major difference though is that though the data will also be hosted remotely like Google Apps, business can choose to keep their information within premises which may prove to be attractive to the businesses wary of Google's issues with privacy.
