After the success of the David Fincher-directed and Aaron Sorkin-scripted The Social Network, the legend behind Facebook is just as ubiquitous as the site itself. Everyone now knows who the Winklevoss Twins are, or as they were amusingly called in the film, the Winklevi. Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss sued Mark Zuckerberg for allegedly stealing their idea for a social network which eventually becomes the wildly successful Facebook. Though the case was settled with $65 million dollars, the twins claimed that Facebook was devalued to reach such a "pittance" of a settlement and pursued another course of litigation. Except a US appeals court has decided that perhaps this has to end. What do you think?
