A story in the Tampa Bay Tribune revealed what happens when you return a perfectly good pair of sweatpants or underwear to Victoria Secret—a pair of scissors cuts them into shreds. Like fast food outlets who throw out food at the end of the day, many clothing brands including H&M and Macy's dispose of returned merchandise to make sure that they're not resold at a lower price. (Though shouldn't they be combing vintage stores too?) Does this bother you? Or do you think it's just part of business?
