An article in The Huffington Post advises against wearing an engagement ring on the job interview especially if the ring has a “big” diamond on it. Big, of course, is a matter of opinion. However, it is suggested that wearing one’s engagement ring in an interview may send off signals that either one will not really need the money that the job will provide or there will be a lot of “leaves” or absences in store in the new hire’s immediate working future with the company.
