Poll Analysis

Soldiers continue to be trained to obey first before they complain. It is important for a good soldier to follow orders given by their immediate superiors. However, in situations wherein soldiers are given orders that turn out to violate certain rules, regulations or code of conduct, should soldiers be held liable for their actions or be absolved from it?
