Current popular culture seems to suggest that aging and looking one’s age is something that one needs to work against. More and more magazine articles are telling us how to look younger whether it involves grooming, dressing, exercise, an age-defying diet or more radical procedures that range from creams to cosmetic surgery.
Wasn’t there a time when aging was part of the many great stages of life? Or is it really the modern way to delay the aging process as much as possible and be as young as one feels?
