After performing dismally this recent holiday shopping season, the parent company of Sears and Kmart is now reportedly closing at least 100 of its stores. The move is intended to raise cash as well concentrate resources on the better performing locations. The 125-year-old retailer has been reeling from progressive sales decline and deterioration of its stores. But, in spite of this major move, analysts are doubtful that Kmart can avoid eventual commercial death. what do you think?
