There are a few people who can compare to Mohandas Gandhi. The reverence people have of him is similar to sainthood. But a new book, "Great Soul" is trying to change all that. Various anecdotes portray the great figure as a "sexual weirdo, a political incompetent [...] one who was often downright cruel to those around him."
Does this sound like a way to get readers? Or is he just telling it like it is? (Hmmm, that might mean I have to buy the book.)
