Now that the case against Dominique Strauss-Kahn is falling apart with revelations of criminal activity or proximity about his accuser, his countrymen have taken to task the American media and justice system. There is general outcry, most notably by a friend of DSK, Bernard-Henri Levy that apart from the housekeeper in the case—it is the basic principle of "innocent until proven guilty," that has suffered most in this debacle. What do you think?
