The Federal Bureau of Investigation, better known by its acronym FBI, is said to be very keen on doing extensive monitoring and data mining on social media networks like Facebook and Twitter. In order to do that, reports say that the FBI is working on creating apps that would allow it to better secure better real-time intelligence from the increasingly expanding social media space.
