There have been a lot of reports of bullying that lead to suicides recently. Bullying and suicide have even become more pronounced in the age of social networking. Cyberbullying has resulted in many sad stories that have been reported in the media. There have been a lot of reports of bullying that lead to suicides recently. Bullying and suicide have even become more pronounced in the age of social networking. Cyberbullying has resulted in many sad stories that have been reported in the media. However, in spite of clamors to punish bullies, a study has shown that suicidal ideation occurred not only among those who were bullied but among those who did the bullying. These incidents seem to involve primarily teenagers. Given the findings that bullies are also susceptible to suicide ideation and can become victims themselves after they are exposed for their bullying, should bullying done by teenagers be penalized more seriously?
