On December 10, 2011 at approximately 3PM in Dumbo, police officers just block traffic, car 2806, and chat at a car window for over five minutes while they could just pull over to do so.
The NYPD motto is Courtesy, Professionalism, Respect but you have to wonder when officers ignore traffic rules, obstruct traffic, creating long lines of idling cars and show little respect to the public they are suppose to serve.
