In an article in the Associated Press, a 92-year-old woman living in a trailer in Boston whose heating aid will fall from $1,035 to $685 this year was quoted as saying: “I will just have to crawl into bed with the covers over me and stay there,” said Mary Power. “I will do what I have to do.”
