Crowdsourcing is becoming a popular way of getting projects done mainly because companies that have done so have judged it a cheaper and faster way to get project tasks completed compared to hiring temps or farming out to the jobs to outsourcing firms. However, based on the way it takes away work from people who need to be employed in these harsh economic times, do you think it is hurting our chances of resolving the U.S. employment problem as early as possible?
