Makes sense. Adria has always been a bit of a dreamer.

Quite unfortunate. Though many people have gone the molecular gastronomy route, El Bulli was the holy grail for foodies.

Great decision. But could they make sure that from all these scholarships they're giving, they give one devoted to doing more than restaurant theatrics? Like find a solution for world hunger?

Ferran Adria announced earlier this year that he would close El Bulli citing fatigue as a reason, but news have circulated that Adria had bigger plans for El Bulli.
