So my sister has become paranoid about where she is going to raise her children (she has a 5 year old and a 1 year old). Now I've dug around and coincidentally came across this article that has New York City as one of the best places (best meaning safe) to raise children. Check the list below, but please vote and let me know what you think is the safest among cities offered. If none of them work for you, please comment and tell me which city is best in your opinion!
