The Catholic Church, throughout the years, has been very strong and consistent in its persecution of lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transgenders, and whatever other sexual orientation that the church does not consider as an “abomination”. It’s interesting to note, though, that the church is not as strong in its persecution of pedophiles in robes or priests who engage in any kind of sex for that matter.
