Favorable. Provide people with options that may unavailable to them in their country, and even spread the wealth to countries that may need it. Besides, it's their choice where they want their nose jobs or other cosmetic procedures done.
Unfavorable. I think people should be more aware of what they're doing to their bodies, and the consequences of going to places with unsavory medical practices, even for elective procedures such as plastic surgery.
