Two years ago, the Dems in the Senate were fighting for the big things—healthcare, financial reform and trying to launch a stimulus package worth $800million. But now even as they still have the majority, by an extremely narrow margin though, they're trying their best not to do anything too controversial lest they lose the majority. But is preservation better than risky lawmaking? What do you think?
