In 1981 President Reagan cut the top 75% tax rate by 50% and we have had massive deficits ever since, except for 2 years under president Clinton. Is it about time the top rate was moved back toward the 40-45% rate. Still much less then the 75% rate the rich payed all thru the 50s.60s,and 70s.
