Yes. The “pleasure” industry involves what has been referred to as the world’s oldest profession. Whether it’s legalized or not, it will continue to thrive anyway so why not legalize it and may it pay taxes? It should fit just nicely as a Sin Tax.

No. That would involve legalizing prostitution and that is immoral. The government should eliminate prostitution instead of legalizing it and making money out of it.
