During the loss of the country’s Triple A credit rating, President Barack Obama was quoted as saying that it was not “because we didn’t have the capacity to pay our bills – we do – but because we didn’t have a Triple A political system to match it.” That statement kind of begs the question is it really that or do we just not have a Triple A president to get things done as he promised?
