With more than 14 million people out of work and fears of a double-dip recession, President Obama’s $447 billion stimulus plan is being taunted as big enough to potentially lower the employment rate as well as broad enough to be a significant stimulus. However, there are doubts that the stimulus plan will be as effective as its projected to be. What do you think?
