One joke that has made the rounds about Gov. Rick Perry is one that declares: “He’s like Bush only without the brains.”
Perry has made more of an impression with his hair than his intellect thus the title “Gov. Goodhair”. His loyalists in Texas debunk stories about Perry being an intellectual lightweight though. They attribute such talks to political bias and sour graping.
