Back in the United States, politicians such as the majority of the GOP are saying the President Obama should move swifter and act with a firmer tone when talking about the uprising in the Middle East. Senators John McCain and Joseph Lieberman have stressed that the White House should have moved faster by rebuking the violent attacks of Gaddafi's security forces on innocent protesters calling for a true democracy.
