As such it is the only country that can force the opening up of N. Korea and the closing of its political concentration camps. These are torture and death camps that are known to house hundreds of thousands of prisoners including women and children.
Unless these concentration camps are closed, the international community should press charges against the North's leadership for crimes against humanity in the International Court of Justice in the Hague.
