Yes, if I feel that this is something they both want, I would help them.

No, if they are unable to pay for the procedures to have the baby, it may imply that they are not ready (moreso financially) to have children.

I can't decide. This isn't only about friendship, it's about bringing another life into the world and all the responsibility that comes with it, along with the host of possibilities that may occur if the procedure doesn't work.
