Valid, that it can be heard. But invalid that she can't really take a joke.

Definitely, her private life should not be made the subject of mockery, especially when it involves children who just so happen to have mental disabilities.

It's a joke. Get over it.

After Sarah Palin criticizes Fox's Family Guy for a joke they made, the guest actor for that episode makes a point about having a sense of humor, even about the more serious matters in life.
