The United Nations created UNESCO funded by its members, for matters dealing with children.
Should it not create a United Nations Environmental Recovery Organization (i.e. UNERO) funded in a same way by its members and designed to help developing nations with environmental issues?
After all, it is the UN's responsibility to deal with matters that affect us all.
