Many people are blaming fast food. In a new study at Washington University, it was discovered that people who eat more fast food are at increased risk of weight gain, being overweight and obesity. One theory goes that Americans are always “on-the-go” and this could have led to preference for fast food according to David Hill, author of "Why We're Constantly out to Munch." Given that kind of fast-paced lifestyle, Americans can get too tired to cook healthy home-cooked meals and are susceptible to eating out or call the restaurant to have their food delivered right to their door.
