Of course you do. There is not someone standing over your shoulder to make sure you vote correctly (i.e. correctly according to them). But that is exactly the issues at stake here.
Four states are now being sued by the Obama Administration because they want to vote by secret ballet rather than by card-check when it comes to either accepting or rejecting a union into their work place. With the card-check, people can see what your vote is because they are watching you mark the card. In other words, it is open to bulling and intimidation thus a person does not have freedom of conscience while voting.
So is this the value system we want here in America? You either vote my way or I will sue you in court? What kind of a president is this that we have that goes against the very grain of American society? Well stop and think about it for a moment. See it you can honestly say that President Obama is truly a servant of the people and protector or our nation, or is he trying to set himself up as a mini dictator.
* He appoints czars to important and powerful positions without congressional over site.
*He defers to the UN rather than to our Congress
*He wages war on Lybia without congressional approval or over site.
*He refuses to uphold the laws of the land. Example the Defense of Marriage Act.
*He gave great sums of money to the banking community without any kind of over site.
* He took over a General Motors telling them who to hire and fire.
*He pushed through a health care bill that the people did not want. It is full of lies and distortions that will cost us heavily in finances, reduced health care, and even has death panels.
*He has forced the homosexual agenda down the military's throats fully against their will.
*He sued Arizonia when they tried to protect their boarders.
* He supported the civil unrest in Wisconsin when the governor tried to balance the state budget.
*He has no solution to the gas crisis except tax the number of miles a person drives.
*He has no real solution to fix the nation's economy except cut back on some of his spending programs and tax the very people who do provide jobs.
*He is now suing Boeing for wanting to start a plant in SC rather than Washington because it will hurt union workers. (Boeing will just move off shore if it can't compete)
*He is now suing UT, AZ, SD, and SC because the citizens voted overwhelmingly to have secret ballets for the establishment of unions.
*He takes full credit for all the successful Bush programs to himself and criticizes Bush on everything else. This is extreme narcissism.
Is this the kind of America you want? Is this really the kind of president you want? Well do noting and you will get it. If you want to maintain your freedoms then write to you Congressman and Senators and tell them to stop this madness. In this country, the individual had the right to the secret ballet, the states have the right to establish state law, and the federal government does not have the right to dictate it's policies in favor of special interest groups.
