DO YOU THINK SMOKERS ARE HAVING THEIR RIGHTS TAKEN TOTALLY AWAY...BEING UNABLE TO SMOKE IN ANY PUBLIC PLACES AND EVEN OUTSIDE IN SOME AREAS...SHOULD THEY HAVE RIGHTS ALSO?

Non-smokers are getting all their rights; give us smokers a break also.

I feel after I turned 21 yrs. of age...if I want to kill myself smoking; thats my right...and should be able to smoke wherever I enjoy to...but still can be mannered enough to those that do not smoke.

I feel smokers should still have designated areas; same as non-smokers should.

Everyone should have RIGHTS..including smokers...they r taking too much away from them.

A lot of people have quite smoking since they can't smoke anywhere/but for the ones that have not quit; feel its unfair to judge/or not give them the same right to enjoy themselves; an instance..after dinner or while drinking in a bar with friends.

Cannot say smoking is killing people/with the way the pollution is today; even if u don't smoke; everytime u go outside; u r breathing bad air!!!

I was recently informed the other day; working at a hospital; I will not be able to smoke in any designated areas; which they r taking away after July; or I will not even be able to smoke in my car on the premises; I feel my rights r being taken away.

All they want to say is...Second Hand Smoke is killing people...but why is it that people have smoked for yrs. and lived to be ripe old ages?

This question was sort of coming from the headline about Graphic Pics on Cigarette Packs...think we can't read? Please, give us some credit; smokers know what it can do; but if we chose to do so....we should have rights also...everybody else is getting rights...why should the government take our rights away? Its getting to where we can't smoke anywhere, give us our rights back too!!!
