What to make of Louisiana, Governor Bobby Jindal who said he was concerned about the serious threat of flash flooding in his state, leading to his State of Emergency declaration? It is the same Republican Governor who fought for lower taxes on big corporations and super wealthy Americans along his fellow republicans and neither went after the Oil Industry after the devastating oil spill of last year.
