Windows 7 is launching. But is it a revolution? Vista flopped, XP is still dominant, and Mac OS X continues to win converts. At the same time, the cell phones of today can do more than many computers could just a decade ago -- so will people keep on buying giant desktops and laptops when they could get most of the same value from a phone, anyway? The Windows 7 launch is testing many of those theories -- what will you do?
