Leave it to Charles Barkley to provide the last word on gays in athletics. With Phoenix Suns President and CEO Rick Welts revelation that he was gay, the issues of homosexuality in sports have come to fore. Especially with Kobe Bryant being made to do community service for using a gay slur against a referree, and other players taking a stand in support for key LGBT issues.
